RESEARCH ANALYSTS

Alan P. Donenfeld is President of Wall Street Advisor. Mr. Donenfeld has assisted on over $2 billion of financing and acquisitions of high growth companies in the Internet, telecommunications, software and information technology industries.  Prior to establishing Wall Street Advisor in 1990, Mr. Donenfeld was Vice President in the Merger and Acquisitions Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York from 1987 to 1990 where he directed numerous acquisitions, valuations, fairness opinions and exclusive sale representations. Prior to working at Bear Stearns, Mr. Donenfeld managed the Principal Investment Group at Shearson Lehman Hutton from 1985 to 1987.  Prior to joining Shearson Lehman Hutton, Mr. Donenfeld helped establish Quadrex Securities Corporation, where he assisted in raising a leveraged buyout fund. Mr. Donenfeld started his career at Cowen and then at Schroders. Mr. Donenfeld graduated with honors from Tufts University in 1979 with a BA in Economics and received his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in 1981, where he was a member of the Investment Polic y Committee.
 
Dr. William Prather is Managing Director of Wall Street Advisor. He was Senior Vice President, Finance and Business Development of Boston Biomedica (NasdaqNM-BBII) until early 2001. Prior to joining Boston Bio, Dr. Prather was the Senior Health Care Analyst for Cruttenden Roth, Inc. from 1995 to 1998. From 1992 to 1995, he was the Senior Analyst in Health Care for Manning and Napier Advisors. Dr. Prather earned a BS in pharmacy and his MD at the University of Missouri, and completed a Clinical Research Geriatric Fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Prather is a Director of Primed International and a member of the Advisory Board of the Canadian Medical Discovery Fund, Inc., a fund of MDS Capital.
 
Jeffrey Burchell, CFA is a Research Analyst with Wall Street Advisor.  Mr. Burchell is a special situations analyst whose equity research coverage area includes semiconductor, steel, consumer/enterprise software, auto parts, wireless and semiconductor capital goods industries.  Mr. Burchell's experience includes working within the equity research department of two large Canadian investment banks.  His educational background includes a BBA in Business Administration from Acadia University and both an MBA and LLB from Dalhousie University.  He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR).
 
Georgia K. Fountoulakis is a Research Analyst with Wall Street Advisor.  Ms. Fountoulakis covers companies in the computer hardware, software, semiconductor, and Internet industries.  At Hambrecht & Quist, Ms. Fountoulakis was among the first to develop and market investment ideas on Linux-based computer hardware companies.  At Brundage, Story & Rose, she built and chaired a Technology Investment Committee and formulated its first technology investment strategy.  At PaineWebber, she was among the first on Wall Street to market investment ideas on second-tier PC companies to institutional investors.  Ms. Fountoulakis holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a Masters in International Business and a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.
 
John Lombard, CFA is a Research Analyst with Wall Street Advisor.  Mr. Lombard is currently a Financial Adviser consulting high net-worth clients in Toronto, Canada.  He began his career in the investment industry seven years ago with Franklin Templeton Investments in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he served as a relationship manager, operations analyst, and trainer for the underwriting and distribution channel, providing mutual fund performance anaysis and company stock coverage.  Mr. Lombard received a BA degree in Education from the University of North Texas, and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR).
 
Kenneth C. Nagy is a Research Analyst with Wall Street Advisor.  Mr. Nagy founded, in 2002, Northeast Equity Research Inc., a company providing independent equity research to institutional clients.  He also currently performs independent research analysis for Westrock Advisors.  His prior experience includes research and valuation positions with Salem Schooner and Zurich Scudder Investments.  Mr. Nagy has an MS degree in Finance from Northeastern University, a BS degree in Accounting from Assumption College, and is enrolled as a CFA Level III candidate in the AIMR Chartered Financial Analyst program.
 
Stewart H. Ragar, CFA is a Research Analyst with Wall Street Advisor.  Most recently, Mr. Ragar worked in the equity research department at Salomon Smith Barney as part of an Institutional Investor-ranked team covering Latin American electric and water utilities.  Previously, he worked at Daiwa Institute of Research as a generalist in Latin American equities.  Mr. Ragar holds an MBA as well as a BA degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University.  He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR), and has passed the NASD Series 7 and Series 63 licensing examinations.
 
Sriram Ramanathan is a Research Analyst with Wall Street Advisor.  Mr. Ramanathan is co-founder and Principal of Rama Asset Management, an alternative assets fund, and covers the software, biotech and nanotechnology industries.  He was Vice President of Research at Wedbush Morgan Securities and Quantitative Analyst at New York Life Insurance Company.  Prior to that, he worked in various positions in marketing, finance and management consulting at Digital Equipment Corporation.  Mr. Ramanathan has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Madras.
 
Manuel J. Recarey, CFA is a Research Analyst with Wall Street Advisor.  Most recently, Mr. Recarey founded and continues to manage a small hedge fund that focuses on small cap stocks.  Prior to that, Mr. Recarey was an analyst with Fahnestock & Co. for nearly two years, where he had regular contact with the media including appearances on CNN/FN.  Prior to Fahnestock, Mr. Recarey spent five years at Gerard Klauer Mattison and two years at Rothschild Inc.  Mr. Recarey received a BS in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University
